Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All tours and services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Bookings can be made via our website, social media, or directly through a DonTeo representative. A minimum deposit of 25% is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due at least 12 hours prior to pickup. Customized tours may require additional confirmation time based on availability and special arrangements. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24–47 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-shows, are non-refundable. In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control, we offer free rescheduling or full refunds. Waitlist Policy If your preferred tour date is fully booked, you can request to be added to the waitlist. If a slot opens up, guests will be notified in the order of request. Waitlisted customers are not charged unless their reservation is confirmed. Rescheduling One-time rescheduling is allowed at no cost if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and may incur a 10% change fee. Pickup & Drop-off Policy Airport/hotel pickup windows are provided at the time of booking. Please be ready at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and are subject to our cancellation policy.
